摘要
参考咨询一直是图书馆的核心业务。随着信息环境的转变,公共图书馆参考咨询馆员面临着服务模式、服务深度等多方面的挑战。新时期,参考咨询馆员应力求在知识服务、馆藏建设以及地方文献宣传推广方面着力。图书馆也应建立合理的制度,确保参考咨询馆员的健康成长。
Reference and consultation service has always been the core business of public library. It faces the challenges of service mode, service depth as the environment of information change. In the new era, reference and consultation librarians should put forth effort on knowledge service, collection development, as well as the local documents promotion. In addition, the library should confer on the proper way to bring up reference and consultation librarians.
