摘要
根据现有施工经验,提出以3个主要指标及1个附加指标来评价桥面板处理效果,通过室内试验,研究各种处理方法的处理效果与评价指标的合理性。结果表明:构造深度、糙化深度、摆值及露骨率能够准确反映桥面板的处理效果,不同桥面板处理方法中,铣刨、露石效果最好;凿点、刻槽次之;拉毛效果最差。此外,研究了桥面板层间工作状态,提出了桥面层间实际工况分级,并在此基础上推荐了不同工况下板面处理技术标准和相应的处理方法。
According to the construction experience, three main indices and one additional index were put forward to evaluate the effect of bridge deck treatment, and the treatment effect and the rationality of the evaluation indices were studied through indoor experiment. The results show that the depth of structure, the depth of roughening, the pendulum value and the rate of exposed bone can accurately reflect the treatment effect of bridge deck. Among the treatment methods, milling has the best effect, and grooving is better than galling. In addition, the interlayer working state of bridge deck was researched, and the classification of actual working conditions of bridge deck was put forward, based on which the technical standards and corresponding treatment of bridge deck under different working conditions are recommended.
