摘要 E公司电磁线圈所使用的多股漆包线采用复绞线工艺,严重制约了电磁线圈的生产效率。针对这一问题,以提高绞线速度为目的,结合产品设计和生产工艺,采用试验设计方法,借助Minitab软件优化了电磁线圈的设计,改进了绞线工艺,提高了生产效率,降低了产品总成本。试验结果表明,优化后的电磁线圈性能保持稳定,线圈的生产效率提高为原来的2.5倍。 The multi-strand enameled wire used by E company's solenoid adopted multiple twisted wire technology, that seriously restricted the production efficiency of the solenoid. Aiming at this problem, with the purpose of improving the twisted wire speed, in combination with the product design and production technology, using the DOE method, and making use of Minitab software, the solenoid design was optimized, the twisted wire process was improved, the production efficiency was increased and the total product cost was reduced. The experimental results show that the optimized performance of the solenoid is stable and the producton efficiency of the solenoid is 2.5 times as high as before.
