摘要
水下球阀是一种应用在海底的高端阀门,阀盖与阀体之间密封的可靠性至关重要,需要保证通过阀门的流体介质不会对海水环境造成污染。分析了水下球阀的使用工况和整体结构特点,采用金属八角环硬密封外加一道O形圈密封的结构,通过阀盖与八角环、阀体与八角环的金属密封达到可靠性要求。
Underwater ball valve is a high-end valve used in the seabed, sealing reliability between the valve cover and valve body is essential to ensure that the fluid medium through the valve does not cause pollution of the marine environment. By analyzing the working condition and overall structural characteristics of the underwater ball valve , the seal structure adopted hard seal with metal octagonal ring and an O-type ring, so that the metallic seal between the valve cover & the octagonal ring, the valve body & the octagonal ring could achieve the requirement for reliability.
