摘要
欧盟是我国三大出口市场之一 ,同时也是对华反倾销最多的区域经济集团。我国目前已是WTO成员 ,欧盟必然会加大在 WTO框架下反倾销的力度来保护本区域的利益。我国企业产品出口势在必行 ,了解欧盟的反倾销以及充分利用
European Union (EU) is one of the three major export markets for China, yet, it is the regional economic alliance that most strongly adopts anti dumping policy against Chinas products. China now becomes the official member of WHO, it is an inevitable situation that EU increases its dynamics in anti dumping practice for its own regional benefits under the framework of WTO. It is imperative that the products of Chinas enterprises must be exported. Therefore, it becomes a pressing obliqation to keep abreast of EUs anti dumping policy and take advantage of WTO rules in order to protect both the interests of enterprises and those of the state.
