摘要
为有效控制振痕的形态,通过建立结晶器同步振动模型,改变波形偏斜率、振动频率,将负滑脱时间控制在合理范围内,从而改善铸坯表面质量,减少拉漏情况。结果表明,波形偏斜率、振动频率增大,负滑脱时间变小,振痕深度减轻。
In order to effectively control oscillation mark form, a crystallizer synchronous vibration model was established to change the waveform deflection rate, oscillation frequency, control the negative strip time within reasonable limits, improve the surface quality of the slabs and reduce breakouts situation. The using results show that the deflection rate waveform and vibration frequency increases, the negative strip time becomes smaller, the depth of oscillation marks reduce.
