摘要
通过理化检测、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析等手段来确定转子叶片材质情况。结果表明:断裂叶片的拉伸、冲击、硬度、非金属夹杂物、化学成分均符合GB/T8732-2004的要求,金相组织未见异常;通过断口分析与叶片受力状况的综合分析,说明叶片工作时存在非正常振动,确定了叶片断裂性质为非正常振动下的疲劳失效。
Physical and chemical testing, scanning electron microscopy and spectrum analysis were used to analyze the material of the fracture blades in a axial flow compressor. The results show that the tensile and impact properties, hardness, non-metallic inclusions, chemical composition of the blades are all meeting the requirements of GB/T8732-2004. There is no abnormal microstructure. Analysis of fracture and stress state of blades show that abnormal vibration in the working of blades results in fatigue failure of the blades in axial flow compressor.
