摘要
选取目前普遍使用的两种车身涂层体系(传统溶剂型涂层和水性免中涂涂层体系)作为研究对象,进行耐候性测试和循环腐蚀测试,通过比较涂层表面评价、色差、光泽变化、划线腐蚀和起泡、涂层破坏后的老化测试等来比较两种车身涂层的测试结果并分析其原因。
Two kinds of automotive coating systems ( traditional solvent-borne coating and water-borne intercoat- free coating ) currently used were used as the research object to carry out the weathering resistance and cyclic corrosion tests, compared and analyzed the results of coating surface evaluation, color difference, gloss change, corrosion around a scribe and blistering, aging test after coating damage, and so on.
