摘要
设计了一种锂电池组快速能量转移式均衡系统,采用半桥式双向DC/DC转换电路的均衡模块,在基于电压、SOC、SOH的均衡策略控制下,将能量从磷酸铁锂电池组中能量较高的电池传递到较低的电池,最后达到整组电池具有相近的电压和SOC。制作样机并进行均衡试验,结果表明该均衡系统能达到预期的均衡效果。
This paper designed a quick energy transfer type equilibrium system of lithium batteries, which adopts the equilibrium module of half bridge type dual DC-DC transfer circuit, based on the control of voltage, SOC and SOH equilibrium strategy, to transfer energy from the battery with high energy to one with low energy in lithium iron phosphate batteries. Finally, the whole set of batteries has the approximate voltage and SOC. A prototype was done and tested. The results show that this equilibrium system has expected effect.
