摘要
在新农村如火如荼的建设下,农村的垃圾处理问题成为制约其建设、发展的棘手问题。该文在对重庆市永川区来苏镇大松林村垃圾现状调查的基础上,发现该区存在垃圾种类多且成面源化分布、村民环保意识缺乏、垃圾处理基础设施不完备以及政府管治失灵等问题,然后提出了加强环卫管理整治、拓宽集资渠道、合理规划建造垃圾池等对策建议,以改善农村环境。
The new rural construction is in full swing, but rural garbage disposal issues become the hardest problem which restricts new rural construction and development.Basing on the garble status quo investigation of Dasong Lin village, Laisu Town, Yongchuan District, Chongqing City, we discovered there were many problems that a variety of garbage is widely distributed, villagers lack of awareness of environmental protection, garbage disposal infrastruc- ture is incomplete and government regulation has a lot of flaws.As a result, in order to improve the rural environment, we deeply analyzed the causes of these problems from three perspectives of government, society, and villagers, then put forward countermeasures that should strengthen the management of environmental regulation, broaden the financ- ing channels, plan, design and construct garbage pools reasonably and others.
