摘要
化工厂电气技术改造,主要问题包括无功补偿柜没有投入、电缆桥架选择不合理、电缆沟长期泡在水里、一级负荷中的特别重要负荷没有加应急电源和配电监控系统自动化程度不高等。通过相关改进措施,使得厂用发电机有功输出增加、变压器更加经济运行,电缆使用更安全长久,处理有毒气体的设备停电后仍能保持运转,配电监控和操作实现自动化。达到了预期的效果。为工厂提高了经济效益,并让工厂变得更安全。
Electrical technical transformation of chemical plant has the main problems include reactive power compensation cabinet is without input,cable tray selection is not reasonable,particularly important load of cable trench is long soak in the water,a load without the emergency power distribution monitoring system and automation degree is not high. Through the relevant improvement measures,the factory increased,with more active power output of generator transformer economic operation,used more safety cable for a long time,toxic gas treatment equipment outage can keep running,realized the automation of power distribution monitoring and operation. The desired results were achieved,to improve the economic efficiency of the factory and make the plant more secure.
