摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间/全信息串联质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术,通过Waters BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 m L/min;柱温:25℃;进样量:2μL,对四季感冒片的化学成分进行分析。共鉴定36个成分,其中32个成分是四季感冒片首次报道。本研究全面、快速、准确地分析了四季感冒片的化学成分,为四季感冒片的药效物质基础和质量控制等研究奠定了基础。
Using arapid UPLCQ-TOF/MS method,through the Waters C18( 2. 1 mm × 50 mm,1. 7 microns)chromatographic column,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient elution,flow rate of 0. 4 m L/min,column temperature 25 ℃,sample quantity of 2 μL,the chemical constituents in Sijiganmao tablets were clarified.36 peaks were identified and 32 compounds were first reported. The method is rapid for systematically elucidation of the constituents of Sijiganmao tablets and the results would facilitate the quality control of Sijiganmao tablets for safe and efficacious use.
