摘要
以某污水处理厂污泥为研究对象,进行污泥厌氧消化和污泥厌氧消化-臭氧预处理的对比试验,确定臭氧对污泥厌氧消化的主要影响,并分析其产生效果,为污泥稳定化处理提供可行性依据。仅通过厌氧消化污泥消解率一般只能达到50%左右,第二步经臭氧氧化反应后发现对微生物破壁有明显作用,经臭氧破壁后污泥厌氧消化可达到70%~80%,污泥厌氧消化经臭氧氧化有明显提高。此试验结果表明了污泥厌氧与臭氧氧化试验的可实施性,为实际工程应用提供了部分数据依据。
Taking the test of ozone pretreatment on sludge in wastewater treatment plant as the research object of anaerobic sludge digestion and sludge anaerobic digestion,the main effect of ozone on the anaerobic digestion of sludge was determined,and its effect to provide feasible basis for sludge stabilization treatment was analyzed. Through anaerobic digestion,sludge digestion rate could only reach about 50%,the second step by ozone oxidation reaction was found to have obvious effect on the microbial cell wall,and it would reach about 70% ~ 80% after ozone broken. The results of the experiment showed that the feasibility of sludge anaerobic digestion combined with ozone oxidation and provided some data basis for practical engineering application.
