摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环模式在临床护理操作培训中的应用价值。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月在我院工作的100例护理工作人员和20例实习学生为研究对象,根据管理模式的不同,将其分为对照组(护理人员50例,学生10例)和观察组(护理人员50例,学生10例)。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用PDCA循环模式,比较两组护理人员的护理质量和认知度,两组实习生的技能操作熟练掌握时间和理论考核成绩。结果观察组护理人员的护理质量和认知度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的技能操作熟练掌握时间短于对照组,理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环模式可提高护理人员的护理质量、操作技术水平认知度,缩短实习生的技能操作熟练掌握时间,提高其理论考核成绩和学习积极性。
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation pattern in the application of clinical nursing operation training. Methods One hundred cases of nursing staffs and twenty cases of internship students in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the different management patterns, with 50 nursing staffs and 10 internship students in each group. The control group was accepted the routine management mode, while the observation group was accepted the PDCA. The nursing quality and cognition of nursing staffs, the interns＇ skills to master the time and theoretical assessment of internship students were compared in the two groups. Results The nursing quality and cognition of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The interns＇ skill to master the time and theoretical assessment, the results of theoretical examination of internship students in the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation pattern can improve the quality of nursing staff, the operation of the technical level of awareness, shorten the time of the trainees to master the skilled operation and improve the theoretical examination results and learning enthusiasm.
