摘要
目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎60例的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选择在我院诊治的子宫内膜炎患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予常规药物左氧氟沙星,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服妇科千金片,比较两组治疗效果。结果所有患者均完成治疗,无严重不良反应,观察组总有效率为98.3%,明显高于对照组的88.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、行经时间均有明显改善(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度、行经时间分别为(5.65±0.56)mm和(6.98±0.13)d,优于对照组的(4.55±0.42)mm和(7.59±0.53)d(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎能减少子宫内膜厚度与行经时间,提高治疗效果,促进患者康复,具有应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of 60 cases of endometritis treated by levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with endometritis treated in our hospital were enrolled in the prospective study and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug treatment of levofloxacin, while the observation group orally took Fuke Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results All the patients completed the treatment, with no occurrence of serious adverse reaction. The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, which was significantly higher than 88.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the thickness of endometrium and the menstrual period were significantly improved （P〈0.05）; the thickness of endometrium and menstrual period in the observation group were （5.65±0.56） mm and （6.98±0.13） d respectively, which were better than （4.55±0.42） mm and （7.59± 0.53） d of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets in the treatment of endometritis could reduce the thickness of endometrium and menstrual period, improve therapeutic effect and promote rehabilitation, which is of great application value.
