摘要
大数据环境下用户对高校图书馆的服务能力提出了更高要求,并且赋予高校图书馆基础服务能力、核心服务能力和支撑服务能力新的内涵。鉴于此,文章认为高校图书馆应从理念、能力目标、资源体系、技术应用、馆员素养和管理制度等方面提升自身核心竞争力和创新服务能力。
Under the environment of big data, the users put forward higher request to the service ability of university library. Basic service capability, core service capability and support services capability of university library also has a new connotation, university library should enhance their core competitiveness and innovative service ability from the concept, ability goal, resource system, technology application, librarian literacy and management system.
