摘要
目的探讨护理干预对艾滋病合并口腔念珠菌感染患者的效果。方法选取2012年1月-2016年1月我院74例艾滋病合并口腔念珠菌感染患者,按照入院顺序分为干预组与对照组,各37例,两组均给予常规基础治疗,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予综合护理干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果干预组与对照组治疗无效例数分别为3例和10例,总有效率分别为91.9%和73.0%(P<0.05);干预组治疗疗程比对照组短(P<0.05);随访半年,干预组与对照组复发率分别为8.11%、32.43%(P<0.05)。结论给予艾滋病合并口腔念珠菌感染患者护理干预,可缩短治疗疗程且疗效好。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with AIDS complicated with oral candida infection. Methods From January 2012 to January 2016, 74 cases of AIDS patients with oral candida infections were divided into intervention group and control group of 37 cases according to the order of admission, and two groups were given conventional treatment, and the control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and compared two groups of treatment effect. Results In the intervention group and the control group in the treatment of invalid number of cases were 3 cases and 10 cases, the total efficiency was 91.9% and 73.0% （P〈 0.05）; intervention group treatment was shorter than in the control group （P〈0.05）; The intervention group and the control group, the recurrence rate was 8.11%, 32.43% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with AIDS complicated with oral Candida infection can shorten the course of treatment and the curative effect is obvious.
