摘要
目的对脑梗死恢复期患者的康复护理效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院2015年9月-2016年5月收治的86例脑梗死恢复期患者,所有患者在基础护理的同时,对其进行康复护理。观察患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活活动能力(Barthel)的变化。结果 86例患者的NIHSS低于护理前,Barthel高于护理前,康复护理前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死恢复期患者进行康复护理能够有效提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with convalescence of cerebral infarction. Methods 86 patients with convalescence of cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to May 2016 were recruited. All the patients were rehabilitated with basic nursing care. NIHSS （neurological deficit score） and Barthel （activity of daily living） were observed. Results NIHSS of 86 patients was lower than before nursing, Barthel was higher than before nursing, rehabilitation nursing before and after the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with convalescence of cerebral infarction.
