摘要
目的探究患有颅内肿瘤的患者实施支架结合微弹簧圈技术介入治疗方案的临床治疗效果。方法收集我院接受治疗患有颅内动脉瘤的患者68例,研究组患者实施支架结合微弹簧圈技术介入治疗方案,对照组患者开颅夹闭治疗方案。结果研究组患者动脉瘤栓塞成功率为97.06%,高于对照组的79.41%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对患有颅内肿瘤的患者实施支架结合微弹簧圈技术介入治疗方案能够预防肿瘤破裂出血,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应出现率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of stent combined with micro coils in the treatment of patients with intracranial tumors. Methods 68 patients with intracranial aneurysms were collected in our hospital. The patients in the study group were treated with stent combined with micro coil technique. Results The success rate of aneurysm embolization in the study group was 97.06% higher than that in the control group 79.41%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of stent in combination with microcoil interventional treatment could prevent tumor rupture and bleeding of patients with intracranial tumor patients, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse effects, and has certain clinical reference value.
