摘要
目的分析左肝内胆管结石应用左肝外叶切除与纤维胆道镜取石术治疗的效果。方法选取60例左肝内胆管结石患者,对照组30例给予左肝外叶切除与胆总管切开取石术,研究组30例用左肝外叶切除联合纤维胆道镜取石术,比较其疗效。结果研究组的手术情况、术后并发症、结石残余率以及优良率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左肝外叶切除与纤维胆道镜取石术联合应用于左肝内胆管结石患者的临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of left external lobectomy and chole dochoscopy in treatment of patients with hepatolithiasis.Methods 60 cases of left hepatolithiasis patients,30 cases of control group were given left hepatectomy and choledocholithotomy,30 cases of the study group with the left hepatectomy combined with stones fiber choledochoscope,compared the curative effect.Results The postoperative complications,residual stone rate and excellent rate of the study group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Left lateral lobectomy of the liver and the clinical effect of stones fiber choledochoscope combined application the left hepatolithiasis patients significantly,can be extended.
