摘要
目的分析健康体检人群脂肪肝现状及其健康指导。方法将我院2016年1—12月健康体检人群44 946例作为研究对象,予以常规体检,并对其生活及饮食习惯进行了解。观察不同年龄、性别以及生活习惯人群脂肪肝检出情况。结果研究对象中脂肪肝检出概率34.08%,且男性数据(42.76%)高于女性(21.60%),在不同年龄段对比方面,50~59岁人群脂肪肝检出概率最高;长期抽烟、长期饮酒以及运动过少所占比例最高,分别为89.00%、80.00%、85.00%。结论健康体检人群中脂肪肝检出占有一定比例,男性发病率高于女性,临床应予以相应预防措施,避免脂肪肝发生。
Objective To analyze the fatty liver status and health guidance of health check-up crowd.Methods 44 946 cases of healthy check-up crowd in our hospital as the research object from January to December 2016,for routine examination,and to understand their living and eating habits.To observe the different age,sex and life habits fatty liver crowd detection.Results The object of study of fatty liver disease detection probability of 34.08%,and male data（42.76%） than women（21.60%）,in different age paragraph contrast,50~59 years people fatty liver detection probability is highest,smoking,drinking and exercise too little for a long time for a long time the highest proportion,89.00%,80.00% and 85.00%.Conclusion Fatty liver in physical examination crowd detection occupies certain proportion,incidence of male was higher than female,clinical should be corresponding preventive measures,avoid fatty liver.
