摘要
为了纺制草珊瑚纤维/棉纤维混纺纱,根据草珊瑚纤维和棉纤维的性能特点,通过改进和优化工艺参数,选择合理的纺纱方案,采用新型纺纱器材专件以及保持车间温湿度稳定等措施,实现了两种原料混合均匀,混纺比准确,成纱质量达到设计要求。通过工艺试验,分析了影响纱线质量的因素,研究了改善成纱质量的技术措施。
According to the performance of grass coral fiber and cotton fiber, rational spinning solution is selected by improving and optimizing the production process parameters in order to produce grass coral fiber/CJ blended yarn. The measures taken to meet the design requirements of yarn quality are ： adopting new type spinning apparatus, stabilizing the workshop temperature and humidity, and ensuring the even mixing of two kinds of raw materials with suitable blending ratio. Through practical experiment, the influential factors on the yarn quality are analyzed, and the effective measures for increasing yarn quality are discussed.
