摘要
考核管理是业主项目部提升工程建设管理执行力、提高工程建设管理水平、完成工程建设管理目标的重要管理手段,通过对现阶段辽宁省内电力工程业主项目部考核管理现状SMART(Specific、Measurable、Attainable、Relevant、Time-based)分析,从监理的工作角度出发,指出了业主对监理的考核管理在目标设置、执行过程和约束激励效果等方面的一些问题,并提出了改进业主项目部考核管理方式,促进监理项目部管理水平提升的一些建议。
Examination management is an important means for reinforcing the owner project department in executive power,increasing manage level and accomplishing objectives of construction management.Present management status is analyzed.From supervision work angle,the problems about the goal setting,implementation process and constraint incentive effect are pointed out.The owner of the supervision evaluation management is discussed and some suggestions to promote the supervision department management level are presented.
