摘要
立井通过采空区时,易造成采空区积水突水事故,有时还会伴生瓦斯事故,影响施工安全。根据多年来立井施工经验,摸索出了超前物探探测、工作面预注浆充填加固相结合的立井过采空区系统性施工技术。该项技术在固庄煤矿进风井和回风井过采空区施工中,得到了成功应用,有效地防止了水害事故及伴生瓦斯事故发生,取得了较好的效果。以固庄煤矿进风井为例,对该项技术及其应用情况作了简要介绍。
When a mine shaft sinking through the goal in the mine, a water inrush accident from the goal would easily occurred and also a mine associated gas accident would he occurred,which would be affected to the construction safety. According to the many year construction experiences of the mine shaft,a systematic construction technology of the mine shaft sinking through the goal with the combination of the advance physical exploration and the pre-grouting backfill reinforcement at the working face was groped. In the construction of the mine air intake shaft and mine air return shaft passed through the mine goaf in Guzhuang Mine,the technology was successfully applied. The technology effectively prevented the water disaster and the associated gas accident occurred and achieved good effect. Based on the mine air intake shaft of Guzhuang Mine as a case,the paper had an introduction on the technology and the applications.
