摘要
目的通过梳理国内外环境健康指标,初步建立我国环境健康综合监测指标体系,探索国内外环境健康监测指标差异,以期为开展环境健康综合监测工作提供依据。方法对国外环境健康综合监测网站平台和国内环境健康数据资源开展调研,归纳总结出国内监测指标中的不足,在此基础上初步建立我国的环境健康综合监测指标体系。结果本研究初步整理的环境健康指标监测体系分为环境类、健康效应类和人口与社会经济学因素类,环境类包括空气、气象、土壤和饮用水监测数据;健康效应类包括慢性病监测、医院监测、死亡监测、高温中暑、出生监测和地方疾病监测数据;人口与社会经济学类包括人口、社会经济、空间数据和生活方式等数据。基于国内外监测指标对比,发现我国目前缺乏对婴儿死亡率、吸烟率、期望寿命和空调拥有率等指标的全国性综合监测。结论通过对国内外环境健康指标的调研,初步建立了我国环境健康指标综合监测体系,探讨了国内外环境健康指标的差别,为进一步完善指标监测体系和为开展综合监测工作提供依据。
Objectives To explore the difference of monitoring index between China and abroad by combing the domestic and foreign environmental and health monitoring indicators, and to establish a comprehensive monitoring index framework of China environmental health, in order to provide the basis for carrying out nationwide environmental health monitoring work. Methods By exploring some worldwide famous environmental health monitoring website/network platform and domestic environmental health data resources, the main indicators of environmental health were summarized, the difference between the monitoring indicators of China and some developed countries was analyzed, and the deficiency of domestic monitoring indicators was pointed out. Then the environmental health monitoring indicator framework of China was preliminarily established. Results Based on the exploration and comparison of the environmental health monitoring indicators in China and in some developed countries, it was found that China currently lack some important indicators of nationwide environmental health monitoring, such as infant mortality, smoking rates, life expectancy and air conditioning ownership rate. In this study, the environmental health indicators were divided into three types, such as environmental factors, health indicators, and population and socioeconomic factors. The environmental factors included the air quality, meteorology, soil and water monitoring data; The health monitoring factors included chronic diseases, hospitals, death, heat stroke, birth, and local disease surveillance factors; The population and socioeconomic factors included population, social and economic factors, geo-spatial data and life-style factors. Conclusion Based on the research of environmental health indicators in China and some developed countries, an indicator framework of environmental health is primarily established and monitored in China, and the difference of existing environmental health indicators between China and some developed countries is pointed out.
