摘要
在供给侧改革和产业结构调整的影响下,铁路应转变观念,拓宽视野,大力拓展白货市场,实现"以白补黑"。在阐述龙门车务段货运市场发展现状的基础上,针对龙门车务段存在的营销观念陈旧、运价政策落实不到位、考核机制有待完善等问题,从实施精准营销、优化产品设计及服务、强化运输保障、拓展创效空间等方面提出相应对策,以推动龙门车务段适应经济新常态,实现铁路货运向现代物流转型。
Under the influence of supply-front reform and industrial structure adjustment,railway enterprises should shift idea,widen the vision,greatly expand non-bulk freight market and realize "supplementing bulk cargo by non-bulk freight".On the basis of expounding development status of freight transport market of Longmen Train Crew Depot,targeting with the problems existing in the depot,including outdated marketing idea,imperfect implementation of tariff policy and unimproved assessment mechanism,from the aspects such as implementing accurate marketing,optimizing product design and service,strengthening transport guarantee and expanding efficiency-creating space,this paper puts forward relative countermeasures to promote the depot adapting for the economic new normal and realize the transformation from railway freight transportation into modern logistics.
