几种测定选矿废水中丁铵黑药含量的方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析对比紫外分光光度法、亚铁灵显色—可见光分光光度法、铜试剂显色—可见光分光光度法3种对丁铵黑药的测定方法,发现紫外分光光度法极易受到共存杂质离子的干扰,严重影响测定结果;而亚铁灵显色—可见光分光光度法虽能测定出丁铵黑药的浓度,但在锌离子共存的条件下,干扰很大,无法进行正常测定,并且亚铁灵试剂(邻菲咯啉)见光不稳定,易分解。通过试验结果发现采用铜试剂显色—可见光分光光度法对丁铵黑药浓度进行测定,杂质离子对其测定的影响不大,加标回收率在95.0%~109.8%之间,精密度考察的变异系数为3.46%。 Through analyzing and comparing ultraviolet spectrophotometry,ferroin color reaction-visible spectrophotometry and copper reagent color reaction-visible spectrophotometry,which were used to determine the content of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate,it was found that the determination result of using ultraviolet spectrophotometry was easily disturbed by ionic impurities,and it influenced the result seriously.The ferroin color reaction-visible spectrophotometry method can determine the concentration of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate,but the concentration can not be determined normally when there is zinc ions exist because of its serious disturb.And the ferroin is unstable under light and easy to decompose.The test results show that the copper reagent color reaction-visible spectrophotometry has high anti-interferance to the ionic impurities.The recovery rate by standard addition method is between 95.0%and 109.8%,and the variation coefficient by the accuracy test is 3.46%.
