医教协同下临床医学博士专业学位研究生培养模式的思考 被引量:15

摘要 描述了临床医学博士专业学位培养中存在的问题,轻"临床"、重"科研",学位课程体系陈旧、僵化,临床能力训练不规范,科研训练"重结果、轻过程",提出医教协同下临床医学博士专业学位研究生培养要明确培养目标,优化学位课程结构,将临床能力训练与专科医师规范化培训衔接,进行密切结合临床选题的科研训练,注重科研思维和方法训练。 The problems in the M.D. training are described in this paper, including focusing on research training instead of clinical train- ing, outdated curriculum, nonstandard clinical training, and valuing outcome over process in scientific training. This essay suggests that the cul- tivation of M.D. should set clear objectives, optimize the course structure, establish a connection between clinical training and standardized training for specialists, conduct research training aiming at clinical issues and pay more attention to the training scientific research thinking and method.
