摘要
保持和增强群众性是党对共青团的基本要求,是确保党在青年中执政基础的重要保障。通过着力构建枢纽型、网格化团组织、增强青年对团组织的认同和信任,来扩大共青团工作的有效覆盖面;通过把青年的呼声和诉求反映给党和政府、把党的主张和任务转化为青年的自觉行动,来做好党联系青年的桥梁和纽带;通过提高青年工作专业化水平、加强青少年事务工作者队伍建设、深化青少年权益工作法制化建设,来服务青年和维护青少年合法权益;通过增加基层团组织和团员青年的工作参与和评价权重、全面推进城乡区域化团建工作、引导新兴领域青年群体积极有序文明参与政治民主,来引导青年在社会主义民主中发挥作用。
Maintaining and enhancing the mass character is the basic requirement of the Communist Youth League, and it＇s also an important guarantee to ensure the party＇s ruling foundation in the youth. By focusing on building type hub, meshing league organizations and strengthening the youth identification and trust of the youth league organizations, the effective coverage of the Communist Youth League will be extended. Through the voices of youth and aspirations reflected to the party and government, transforming the party＇s propositions and tasks into the conscious action of the youth, a bridge and link between the party and youth will be set up. By improving the professional level of youth work, strengthening the construction of youth affairs worker team and deepening the legal construction of the rights and interests of teenagers, the legitimate rights and interests of young people will be served and protected. Increasing the work participation and evaluation weight of the Grass-root Organizations of Youth League and League members can comprehensively promote the urban and rural regionalization construction work, guide youth groups who were in the emerging areas to participate in the political civilization of democracy actively and orderly so as to guide young people to play a role in socialist democracy.
