冷金属过渡实验设计分析

摘要 奥地利福尼斯公司于2004年开发的冷金属过渡(CMT-cold metal transfer)焊接技术是一种将焊丝送给运动与熔滴过渡过程进行数字化协调的新型电弧焊方法,与普通MIG/MAG焊相比,CMT实现了熔滴到熔池的冷过渡,具有热输入小,无飞溅等突出优点。文章结合焊接专业相关课程设计了冷金属过渡焊的几种实验方法,如接头性能、微观组织、焊接热循环曲线、焊接电压电流采集和电弧形态观察等。 Cold metal transfer welding technology is a new type arc welding process with digital coordinate method of wire feeding speed and droplet transfer process, which was developed by Austria fronius Company in 2004. Compared with common MIG/MAG welding, CMT technology has realized the drop to the molten pool cold transition, small heat input, no splash outstanding advantages. Combining with welding professional courses, we design several experiment systems of cold metal transfer welding, such as properties of joint, microstructure, welding thermal cycle curves, welding voltage and current collection and arc shape collecting system, etc.
