摘要
为了进一步完善内蒙古地区高校社会工作专业人才培养机制,本文通过对内蒙古地区9所开办社会工作专业的高校进行调研,总结了社会工作专业人才培养所取得的成绩,分析了存在的问题和不足,提出了合理的对策和建议,为内蒙古地区高校社会工作专业又快又好发展提供理论借鉴和参考。
In order to further improve the training mechanism of social work professionals in universities of Inner Mongolia area, this paper conducted an investigation over 9 universities which is setting up the social work major in Inner Mongolia; summarized the achievements in training of social work profes sionals; analyzed the problems and weakness in this field; put forward some reasonable suggestions and strategies. This paper aims to provide theoretical reference for the fast and good development of social work specialty in universities in Inner Mongolia area.
