摘要
目的评价参一胶囊对晚期大肠癌患者ECOG评分和免疫功能的影响。方法将58例服用参一胶囊4-6个疗程的晚期大肠癌患者作为治疗组，同期未服用参一胶囊的39例患者为对照组，治疗组用参一胶囊治疗结束后观察ECOG评分和免疫细胞数量的变化。结果治疗组最终完成全部研究内容49例，经用参一胶囊治疗后ECOG评分较对照组明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；参一胶囊能明显提升晚期大肠癌患者的免疫功能（主要是提高CD3^＋和CD4^＋淋巴细胞的百分比）；参一胶囊对提高晚期大肠癌患者的免疫功能受年龄、是否一线、和转移数目影响，而与性男13、肿瘤部位无关。结论参一胶囊可以提高晚期大肠癌患者的化疗顺从性和免疫功能，值得在临床中进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ShenYi capsule on ECOG score and immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with advanced colorectal cancer treated with Shen-Yi capsule were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The ECOG score and immunity of the treatment group were observed after the end of treatment. The number of cells. Results After treatment, the ECOG score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Shenyi Capsule could significantly improve the immune function of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer （Mainly to increase the percentage of CD3^＋ and CD^＋ lymphocytes）; the effect of Shenyi Capsule on the immune function of patients with advanced colorectal cancer was not affected by age, line or metastasis, but not with gender and tumor location. Conolusion ShenYi capsule can improve the chemotherapy compliance and immune function of patients with advanced colorectal cancer, and it is worthy to be further popularized in clinical practice.
