摘要
以提高蛹虫草子实体产量、活性物质含量为研究目的。以小麦为基本培养基固体培养蛹虫草子实体,采用单因素、二因素试验研究碳源、氮源和菌种对蛹虫草实体产量、活性物质含量的影响。产量单因素实验结果表明,每瓶添加1 g蚕蛹粉、营养液中白砂糖浓度为20 g·L^(-1)的培养基培养子实体产量最高;但不同水平的蚕蛹粉、黄豆粉对子实体产量影响差异不显著。二因素实验结果表明,当培养基营养液中白砂糖浓度为20 g·L^(-1),蚕蛹粉添加量为2 g·瓶^(-1)时,子实体产量最高;碳源、氮源及碳源和氮源的互作对蛹虫草的产量有极显著的影响。活性物质单因素实验结果表明,培养基营养液中蔗糖浓度为10 g·L^(-1)时腺苷和虫草素含量最高;每瓶培养基中添加1 g土豆粉时,子实体多糖含量最高,与其他营养添加物质有显著差异;不同菌种对产量和主要活性物质含量的影响差异显著。
The research purposes of this article is to improve the yield and content of active material of Cordyceps militaris fruiting body. With wheat as the basic medium solid culturing C. militaris fruiting body, the influence of carbon source and ni- trogen source on yield and main active substance through the single and two factors factor experiment were mainly studied. The single factor experiment on production results showed that the yield of the fruiting body cultured with the culture medium added 1 g silkworm chrysalis powder or nutrient solution with sugar 20 g· L^-1 was highest, but different levels of subsidiary entity yield difference was not significant on silkworm chrysalis powder, soybean powder. The two factor experiment on production results showed that the yield of the fruiting body cultured with the culture medium added 2 g silkworm chrysalis powder or nutrient so- lution with sugar 20 g· L^-1 was highest, and carbon source, nitrogen source and carbon source and nitrogen source against each other had significantly influence on production of C. militaris. The results of single factor experiment on active material showed that the content of adenosine and cordycepin in fruiting body of C. militaris cultured with the culture medium added nutrient solution with sugar 10 g·L^-1 was highest, and that the content of polysaccharide with the culture medium added 1 g of potatoes was highest, there was a significant difference with other nutritional additive substance. The influence of strains on the yield and the main active substance content was significant difference.
