实验性大鼠全肝灌注对比剂注射模式的探讨 被引量:1

Discussion on Dual-Source CT Perfusion in Experimental Rat Liver Contrast Agent Injection Mode

摘要 目的探讨实验性大鼠全肝灌注对比剂的注射模式,提高MSCT对小动物肝脏灌注成像的成功率。方法对40只SD大鼠肝脏行CT灌注扫描,根据对比剂注射量分为A(1.0 ml)、B(2.0 ml)两组,均分别采用注射流率为0.1 ml/s、0.2 ml/s、0.3 ml/s、0.4 ml/s的模式(每种模式5只SD大鼠)注射后灌注扫描,比较不同注射模式下肝脏灌注参数[肝动脉灌注量(ALP)、门静脉灌注量(PVP)、肝动脉灌注指数(HPI)]及肝静脉逆流等。结果对比剂剂量为1.0 ml时,不同注射流率间ALP、PVP均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),两两比较流率为0.1 ml/s时与其余各流率有差异(P<0.05),HPI虽有下降的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。流率为0.3 ml/s、0.4 ml/s时出现对比剂逆流;对比剂为2.0 ml时,不同注射流率间ALP、PVP稍有上升、HPI稍有下降,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在流率0.2 ml/s以上出现对比剂逆流。结论 SD大鼠的MSCT全肝灌注最佳的注药模式为对比剂剂量1.0 ml、注射流率0.2 ml/s,各灌注参数稳定并防止对比剂逆流。 Objective To explore the experimental rat liver perfusion contrast injection model to improve the new dualsource CT perfusion imaging of small animal liver success rate. Methods 40 SD rat liver underwent CT perfusion scans and categorised according to the amount of contrast agent injected into A( 1. 0ml),B( 2. 0ml) groups. There was further grouping according to the respective rates of injection into 0. 1ml / s,0. 2ml / s,0. 3ml / s,0. 4ml / s modes( each mode 5 SD rats). Perfusion scan was done after injection,the injection pattern was used to compare different liver perfusion parameters( ALP,PVP,HPI) and hepatic vein countercurrent. Results When comparing dose of 1. 0ml,ALP,PVP,there were significant differences( P 〈 0. 05) among injection rates,pairwise comparison rate 0. 1ml differences( P 〈 0. 05) and the rate among subgroups,HPI although a downward trend was noted,but with no significant difference( P 〉 0. 05). Rate of0. 3 ml / s displayed reflux of contrast agent as well as 0. 4 ml / s time; when the contrast agent is 2. 0 ml,at different injection rate ALP,PVP increased slightly,HPI decreased slightly,but the difference was not significant( P 〉 0. 05). Reflux of contrast agent at a rate of 0. 2 ml / s or more was observed. Conclusion The new dual-source CT SD rat total hepatic perfusion optimum injection mode is a comparative dose at 1. 0ml with flow rate of 0. 2ml / s,perfusion parameters are stable and prevent reverse flow of contrast agent.
