扩散峰度成像在成人原发性青光眼中的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)定量测量原发性青光眼患者和健康志愿者视通路各区域的平均峰度(MK)值、部分各向异性(FA)值和平均扩散率(MD)值,探讨DKI技术在研究原发性青光眼患者视通路各区域微观结构损害中的应用价值。方法对20例原发性双侧青光眼患者以及20例健康志愿者均分别行MRI及DKI扫描,测量并对比两组之间视通路中双侧视神经、外侧膝状体、视放射和视皮层区处各感兴趣区的MK、FA和MD值的变化,采用SPSS 15.0统计学软件分析MK、FA和MD值的变化规律。结果视神经、视放射和视皮层区域原发性青光眼患者MK值与对照组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);视神经、视放射区域原发性青光眼患者FA、MD值与对照组之间的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论 DKI所得参数可以无创性的准确反映原发性青光眼患者视通路各区域中微观损害的变化规律。 Objective To explore the value of diffusion kurtosis imaging( DKI) on evaluation of visual pathway in glaucoma. Methods A total of 20 patients with glaucoma and 20 age-matched normal controls underwent MR and DKI; DKl was used to measure MK、FA、MD in different regions of the visual pathway in glaucoma and normal controls,statistical analysis was used. Results There was significant difference in MK values of the optic nerve,optic radiation,optic cortex.There was significant difference in FA and MD values of the optic nerve,optic radiation. Conclusion The DKI can be sensitive in reflecting changes of the microstructure of the visual pathway in glaucoma.
