新常态、新阶段下,领导干部只有具备良好的心理素质,才能更好地担负起时代发展的新任务。干部心理压力源主要来自工作、生活和社会环境这三个方面。压力既可以鼓励人进步,也可以把人压垮。应充分鼓励干部发挥压力的正性作用,将压力的负性影响降到最低。
