摘要
某独塔混凝土梁斜拉桥跨越既有铁路线,且沿线建筑稀少,采用水平转体施工是最合适的选择。该项目单球铰转动体系总转体质量达21 000t,转体角度为97°,施工及控制难度较大。结合项目的实施,详细介绍其转体构造、施工步骤、转体施工的关键技术。
Some single pylon cable-stayed bridge with concrete girder spans existing railway line,the buildings are few along the railway line,horizontal rotation construction method is the most suitable. The total rotation weight of the single spherical hinge rotation system of the cable-stayed bridge is 21 000 t,and the rotation angle is 97°,the construction control is difficult. Based on the engineering practice,this paper introduces rotation structure,construction process and key construction technology.
