摘要
对LD钢冷镦模失效的原因进行分析,并针对失效原因,研究了LD钢冷镦模的热处理工艺,通过降低淬火温度、降低回火温度的工艺代替了原来的高温淬火和高温回火工艺,提高了冷镦模冲击韧性,延长了模具的使用寿命,该工艺对冷镦模的生产有一定的指导作用。
The failure reasons of LD steel cold heading die were analyzed, and the heat treat- ment process was studied. The original high-temperature quenching and tempering process were replaced by the process of reducing the quenching and tempering temperature, which improved the impact toughness of cold heading die. The service life of die was obviously prolonged. It offered guidance for cold heading die production.
