摘要
目的探讨围术期不同护理干预模式对腮腺良性肿瘤患者的临床应用效果。方法选取唐山市人民医院(以下简称"我院")2012年10月~2013年9月头颈外科收治的66例腮腺良性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组33例和对照组33例,所有患者均接受手术治疗,实验组在围术期给予经我院改良后的护理干预,对照组在围术期给予传统护理干预。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率,干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,平均住院时间、费用和护理满意程度。结果实验组患者发生并发症情况稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预前,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SDS、SAS评分均显著下降,实验组降低程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);实验组患者的平均住院时间显著短于对照组,平均住院费用显著少于对照组,护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经我院改良的护理干预可缓解围术期腮腺良性肿瘤患者负面情绪,减少住院平均时间和费用,提高患者对护理的满意程度。
Objective To explore the effect on patients with parotid benign tumor during perioperation by different nursing treatments. Methods From October 2012 to September 2013, 66 patients with parotid benign tumor at Department of Head and Neck Surgery of Tangshan People＇s Hospital （for short ＂our hospital＂） were selected and divided into control group and experiment group according to random number table, with 33 cases in each group. All the patients were treated by surgery; the patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing, while the patients in experiment group were treated by the nursing through our hospital improved. The complication rate, the scores of SDS and SAS before and after nursing, the average hospitalization time and costs, and the nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The complication rate of experiment group was lower than that of control group, but there was not significantly statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. Before nursing, there were not differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in experiment group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Compared With the control group, in the experiment group, the average hospitalization time was shorter, the average costs of hospitalization were lower, and nursing satisfaction was better （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved nursing on patients with parotid benign tumor could significantly relieve their depression, reduce the average hospital costs, decrease the hospitalization time and improve the nursing satisfaction.
