摘要
目的探究康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗酒精相关性胃粘膜损伤的临床疗效,为后续临床治疗提供参考。方法将66例酒精相关性胃粘膜损伤患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组单纯给予雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上给予康复新液治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果经过7d的临床治疗后观察组患者上腹疼痛、黑便、反酸等临床症状改善率显著高于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.9%,对照组为72.8%,两组比较差异显著。结论采用康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗酒精相关性胃粘膜损伤,临床疗效显著,可以显著改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of alcohol related gastric mucosal injury,and provide a reference for further clinical treatment.METHODS 66 cases of patients with alcohol induced gastric mucosal injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was treated with rabeprazole,the observation group was given Kangfuxin liquid,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.RESULTS After the treatment of 7 days,patients in the observation group after upper abdominal pain,melena,acid reflux clinical symptoms improvement rate was significantly higher than the control group,the clinical treatment efficiency of observation group was 90.9%,and 72.8% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups.CONCLUSION The use of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric mucosal damage of alcohol related clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,it is worthy of clinical use.
