血必净联合乌司他丁治疗重症肺部感染临床效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探究血必净联合乌司他丁治疗重症肺部感染临床效果。方法:抽取2014年4月-2016年4月我院收治的72例重症肺部感染患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组采用血必净治疗,观察组应用血必净+乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗前、后炎症因子和血气分析指标水平变化情况以及临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后观察组白介素-6(IL-6)水平、中性粒细胞数目(N)均显著降低,氧分压(PaO2)升高,肺泡-动脉氧分压差[P(A-a)O2]降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率(94.4%)显著高于对照组(75.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用血必净与乌司他丁治疗重症肺部感染,可有效缓解患者炎症,改善其肺功能,疗效显著。
