摘要
目的:研究"以人为本"理念用于护理管理中对护理人员责任感的影响,为护理管理提供指导。方法:以我院516名护理人员为研究对象,2015年2月~2016年2月按照"以人为本"管理理念进行管理,2014年1月~2015年1月采用传统管理模式进行管理。比较实施两种管理模式后护理人员的责任感。结果:实施"以人为本"管理理念后护理人员责任感高于实施传统模式(P<0.05)。结论:"以人为本"理念用于护理管理中能够显著提升护理人员的责任感,进而提高临床护理质量,减少护患纠纷,提高患者的护理满意率,对医疗管理的进步具有重要价值。
Objective : To discuss the influence of application of "people - oriented" concept in nursing management on the sense of responsibility of nursing personnel, so as to provide guidance for the nursing management. Methods : Took 516 nursing personnel in our hospital as the research object, and they were managed with the "people - oriented" management concept from February 2015 to February 2016, and were managed with the traditional management mod- el from January 2014 to January 2015. Comparison was made on the sense of responsibility of nursing personnel after implementing the two management models. Results : After the implementation of "people - oriented" management concept, the sense of responsibility of the nursing personnel was higher that of the implementation of traditional model (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The use of "people -oriented" concept in the nursing management could significantly im- prove the sense of responsibility of the nursing personnel, so as to improve the clinical nursing quality, reduce disputes between nurses and patients and in- crease the nursing satisfaction of patients, with a significant value for the progress of medical management.
