摘要
目的:通过护理专案改善活动提高脑动脉支架植入术出院患者院外服药依从性。方法:成立护理专案小组,通过对100例脑动脉狭窄支架植入术患者出院后服药依从性的现况分析,确立"提高脑动脉支架植入术患者院外服药依从性"为活动主题,对现况进行要因分析,确定问题,设定目标,制定对策并组织实施于患者。观察实施护理专案小组后患者院外服药依从性。结果:实施护理专案活动后患者的院外服药依从性和认知度均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:通过护理专案改善活动,发挥团队合作精神,可有效提高脑动脉狭窄支架植入术出院患者院外服药依从性。
Objective ： To improve the compliance of taking medicine out of hospital for patients receiving cerebral artery stent implantation. Methods ： A spe- cial nursing group was established, and according to the analysis on the current condition of taking medicine after discharge for 100 patients receiving cere- bral artery stent implantation, an activity theme ＂improve the compliance of taking medicine out of hospital for patients receiving cerebral artery stent im- plantation＂ was established, problems were confirmed, objective was established, countermeasures were taken and were implemented for the patients. The compliance of patients＇ taking medicine out of hospital after implementing the special nursing plan was observed. Results ： After implementing the special nursing plan, the patients＇ compliance of taking medicine out of hospital and their cognition were both higher than those before implementation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Improving the special nursing plan and playing the spirit of teamwork could effectively increase the compliance of taking medicine out of hospital for patients receiving cerebral artery stem implantation.
