摘要
近年来,安徽省义务教育均衡发展成绩显著,但也存在区域发展不均衡、择校择班、大班额、乡村教师外流、教师有偿补课、经费投入增长乏力等问题,需要从合理配置义务教育资源、规范办学行为、建立校长教师流动长效机制、加大财政投入力度、提升教育质量等方面入手加以解决。
Recent years has witnessed the remarkable achievements in balanced development of compulsoryeducation in Anhul, but there are still some problems regarding to unbalanced development in some regions, choosing schools and classes, large classroom size, rural teachers＇ flowing out from the villages, paid makeup classes and the insufficient investment growth, which can be solved through reasonable distribution of compulsory education resources, by standardizing school-running behavior, setting up the effective mechanism of principal and teacher mobility, increasing the investment and improving the education quality.
