摘要
人类的文明演进是在传播媒介的历史变迁中完成的。伴随着前现代、现代、后现代媒介的变迁,人们的消费观念与消费模式也在发生着变化,凝结成了不同的消费文化。从前现代满足生存必需之消费,到从众心理的现代大众消费,再到表征意义的后现代符号消费,媒介扮演着越来越重要的角色。而如何看待媒介的变迁对人类社会生活的正负效应,存在着悲观主义与乐观主义两种态度。
Human civilization evolved with the historical change the medium. Peoples consumption concept and consumption patterns are changing with the evolution of pre modern, modern and post-modern media, which condenses into different con- sumption culture. Media are playing a more and more important role from pre-modern necessary consumption for survival to modern mass consumption with group psychology, to post-modern symbolic consumption of characterization of meaning. There are pessimism and optimism attitudes since ancient times about how to understand the positive and negative effects of media e- volution on human social life.
