摘要
作为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻腔常见感染细菌之一，金黄色葡萄球菌对疾病的发生发展有重的作用。金黄色葡萄球菌主是通过分泌多种毒力因子作用鼻腔黏膜，发挥其对鼻腔黏膜的不利影响，不同的毒力因子是通过不同的作用机制来影响鼻腔正常功能。本文将综述金黄色葡萄球菌常见毒力因子对鼻腔黏膜功能的影响。
As one of the common infectious bacteria in the nasal cavity of patients with chronic sinusitis, Staphylococcus aureus plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease. Staphylococcus aureus plays its adverse effects on the nasal mucosa by mainly secreting a variety of virulence factors in the nasal mucosa, different virulence factors affect the normal function of the nasal cavity through different mechanisms. This paper reviews the influence of the common virulence factors of Staphylococcus aureus on the nasal mucosa.
