摘要
分析了红水河大化瑶族自治县河段河道采砂现状及存在的问题,论述了红水河大化瑶族自治县河段采砂规划的原则、任务和可采区、禁采区的划分,分析了采砂对河势稳定、防洪及通航安全的影响,同时提出了相关的监管建议,为保证河道安全提供技术参考。
For the Hongshui River section in Dahua Yao Autonomous County, the author analyzed current status and existing problems of sand mining; discussed the sand mining planning including the principles and tasks of planning, division of mining area and prohibited areas ; analyzed the influence of sand mining on stability of river, flood protection and navigation safety ; and put forward administration suggestions.
