摘要
目的探讨术前心理护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的焦虑心理及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2014年6月~2016年6月我院80例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为观察对象,根据护理方法不同随机分为对照组和心理护理干预组,每组40例。对照组40例患者采取常规术前准备及对症护理,心理护理干预组在对照组的基础上着重进行心理护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后的SAS评分、护理总满意度的差异。结果两组患者干预前的SAS评分比较差异不显著,干预后,心理护理组的SAS评分(36.7±3.5)分,低于干预前及对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组的护理总满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的护理总满意度70.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆嚢切除术患者术前实施心理护理干预,有利于减轻患者的焦虑心理且提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and nursing satisfaction in the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the psychological nursing care intervention group,with 40 patients in each group.40 patients in the control group were given routine preoperative preparation and symptomatic care,and the psychological nursing intervention group focused on psychological nursing care intervention on the basis of the control group.The differences in SAS scores and overall satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the SAS score in the psychological nursing group was（36.7±3.5）,which was significantly lower than that before the intervention and the control group,and the differences between groups were statistical significant（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction in the psychological nursing group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.0%in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The intervention of psychological nursing before operation in the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is helpful to alleviate the anxiety and improve the nursing satisfaction.
