风电机组偏航制动器刹车片磨损故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对湛江徐闻风电场风力机偏航制动器刹车片磨损故障,分析了刹车片磨损原因。经理论分析和实验验证,其磨损是因机组系统控制回路的偏航压力释放电磁阀52K3失效,偏航动作时不能正常释放压力,导致制动器刹车片磨损加剧。经更换处理后,故障消除。最后,提出了预防改进建议,即在风机控制系统中引入偏航制动器刹车片行程开关报警信号和液压站压力监测信号。 In this paper, the causes of the fault of brake pad wear of wind turbine yaw brake system in Zhanjiang Xuwen wind power station were analyzed. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the root cause of the wear was that the yawing pressure release solenoid valve 52k3 which controls the circuit of the wind turbine system was disabled. As a result, Yaw motion was not able to release pressure normally, which led to the acceler- ated brake pads wear. After replacement and treatment, fault was eliminated. Finally, some preventive suggestions for improvement were put forward, such as introducing travel switch alarm signal and pressure monitor signal in hy- draulic station of brake nads of vaw brake svstem tn the wind turbine control system.
