摘要
通过分析乡镇政府驻地建成区建设中的制约因素,以及城镇体系的特殊性,基于已有的相关环境整治案例,对目前乡镇政府驻地建成区的存在问题进行研究,探索出一套相对成熟的乡镇政府驻地建成区整治规划的内容框架体系,从目标定位、整治内容到实施引导,包括治理脏乱、加强公共设施配套和提升景观风貌等三大方面。结果表明:在一套相对完善的乡镇政府驻地建成区整治规划框架体系下,乡镇政府驻地建成区环境整治具体落实在各主要道路沿线、背街小巷、镇村结合部、河沟渠塘、集贸市场、老旧居民小区、公园广场、公共厕所、建筑工地和学校周边等空间位置,可以有效解决乡镇政府驻地建成区存在的脏乱差基础问题,提升乡镇政府驻地建成区形象。
By analyzing some constraints in the construction of the township government resident built -up area, as well as its specificity in the urban system, researching on the current township government resident problems in built - up areas based on the studies of the existing cases related to environmental remediation, a renovation plan of the content framework of a relatively mature township government resident built - up area is explored and set up to guide the implementation, from the target, the content, to the regulation, including three major aspects, the specific remediation dirty governance, the strengthening of public facilities, and the enhance landscape style. The results show that under the relatively complete set of built - up area of township government resident renovation plan framework, the township government resident built - up alias environmental remediation is more directional efficient. Research can provide reference for the planning and construction of the beautiful towns.
